The PVC/PE/MPP corrugated pipe production line features dual single-screw extruders for simultaneous extrusion of inner and outer plastic layers. Our precision temperature control system and optimized screw design ensure uniform plasticization and stable material flow for high-speed production.
The pipe head incorporates a precision flow channel design that efficiently laminates inner and outer layers, guaranteeing uniform wall thickness, high concentricity, and superior resistance to delamination.
