Product Description

The PVC/PE/MPP corrugated Pipe production line features two single-screw extruders for simultaneous extrusion of inner and external plastic layers. Our precision temperature control system and optimized screw design ensure uniform plasticization and stable flow for high-speed production.

The pipe head incorporates a precision flow channel design for efficient lamination of inner and outer plastic layers, guaranteeing uniform wall thickness, high concentricity, and resistance to delamination. The modular design enables rapid switching between multiple pipe diameters while maintaining dimensional accuracy and structural stability during high-speed operation.

This 3rd generation double wall corrugated pipe line from Shandong HUASU delivers 20-40% increased output and production speed compared to previous models. The system includes online belling capability and utilizes Siemens PLC for efficient control and management.
