Additionally, the manufacturing process is fully controlled by a Siemens PLC system, which maximizes efficiency and ensures consistent reliability throughout the operation.

We proudly present a newly developed closed molding machine that comes equipped with an advanced, high-efficiency cooling system. This system has been specially engineered to optimize temperature control specifically for aluminum modules, ensuring the production process remains stable and efficient.

Complementing this machine is a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion unit. It features a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold, which facilitates precise and efficient extrusion operations. This setup is designed to meet a wide range of industrial requirements with accuracy and reliability.

Our aluminum modules are manufactured using interchangeable LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum, which contains 5% copper. This unique material blend enhances the modules' strength and durability, making them highly suitable for demanding and specialized applications.

Through a meticulous precision pressure casting process, these modules are created to resist deformation and eliminate the presence of light pores. This production technique ensures that every module maintains consistent quality and robust structural integrity throughout its lifecycle.
